I have enclosed the Skeleton Answers to the Lord Advocate’s Questions as asked by the Court. I am sending this by fax and will check that it has got through by telephoning. I only managed to get back from Scotland yesterday and therefore have no time to post it. I would be grateful if you would please fax me the other skeletons or email them to me as otherwise I may not receive the documents from the other parties before I leave for Scotland again next Saturday - the post is very slow to my home as I live a long way from a town.

I would also like to bring to your attention that I have still not received the Interlocutor Sheet of 12th September and therefore request that you send it to me immediately along with the Interlocutor Sheet of last Friday (29th September) as per the Courts directions. Thank you.
